We are Toronto based group of experienced individuals dedicated to acquiring and developing businesses in the Building Material sector across North America, with a specific focus but not limited to Door, Moulding, and Window manufacturing and distribution. Our founders have decades of experience in both M&A and the Building Material sector and are committed to creating a network of businesses that aim to provide value to our customers. Chief Executive Officer
Our CEO has almost a decade of experience leading sales teams at one of North's largest Millwork manufacturers and distributors. He is known for his exceptional management of customer experience, driving product innovation, and fostering close collaborations with manufacturing and distribution divisions. Currently, he is utilizing his skills within a Fortune 500 company, where he is responsible for developing a brand-new sales organization.

Brings a wealth of experience to the table, with a notable portfolio encompassing 15 individual business investments and over 15 years in the Private Equity and M&A sector. Currently, they oversee a manufacturing business with over 750 employees generating $250 million in annual revenue. With a background in both engineering and business, he excels in optimizing manufacturing processes.

Has a strong background as the former Global VP in Sales for a multi-billion dollar organization. He continues to work closely with one of the largest log home builders in Canada. He was previously the CEO of a global company generating over $450 million in revenue.
